Refund & Returns Policy

1) Overview

• You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
• Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required for all returns.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival.
• We recommend using a tracked postal service; we are not liable for parcels lost in transit.
• Return packages should be sent from within the UK or EU — we currently do not accept international returns from outside these regions.

4) Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm the outcome.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

• If you’d like an exchange, please specify the replacement item in your return request.
• We will process the replacement once your return is received and verified as eligible.

6) Non-Returnable Items

• Personalised or custom-made products.
• Opened beauty, skincare or food items.
• Used textiles such as towels, blankets or pillow covers that have been removed from protective packaging.
• Gift cards and digital downloads.

7) Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Include clear photos of the issue, packaging and shipping label so we can investigate.
• We’ll arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate — at no cost to you.

• If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the return process above after receiving it.

9) Gifts & Exchanges from Third Parties

• If you received an item as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
• In some cases, we may offer a store credit instead of a refund.

10) Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK and EU law, including your right to a refund for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the EU Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
