Acceptable Use Policy

1) Who This Applies To

• All visitors, account holders and customers in the UK & EU.

3) Reviews & Responsible Voice

• Reviews must reflect your genuine, recent experience with the product.
• No paid, incentivised, coordinated or competitor-astroturf reviews.
• No third-party ads, referral links or promotional codes in reviews.
• We may verify proof of purchase before publishing or keeping a review live.

4) Blog Comments & User-Generated Content (UGC)

• By posting UGC (text, photos, links), you confirm you own it or have the right to share it.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and share your UGC on our channels for marketing and community purposes.
• We may edit for length/clarity or remove UGC that breaches this AUP.

5) Do Not Copy or Scrape

• No scraping, crawling, harvesting, bulk-downloading or automated capture of content, prices or images.
• No automated bots for add-to-cart, checkout or any interaction without our written permission.
• Do not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our images, branding, product copy or blog content without permission.

6) Security & Technical Restrictions

• No attempts to probe, scan, break or bypass security, rate limits or access controls.
• No malware, spyware, phishing, credential stuffing, DDoS or similar interference.
• No use of the Site in a way that degrades performance or harms other users.
• No fake accounts, identity spoofing or multiple accounts used to manipulate ratings, promos or returns.

7) Fair Purchasing & Promotions

• Orders should be for personal/home use unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
• No reselling, bulk-buying to arbitrage, or circumvention of quantity limits.
• No abuse of discount codes, referral programs, returns or chargebacks.
