Shipping & Delivery Policy

1) Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• If your order includes multiple items, they may be dispatched together or in separate parcels depending on stock and warehouse location.
• We’ll notify you by email once your order has shipped and provide tracking details.

2) Delivery Times

• Typical delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and courier availability.
• Deliveries are handled by trusted UK and EU courier partners.
• Rural or remote areas may take a few extra days.

3) Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping on all orders over £60.
• Orders under £60 are charged a small flat-rate fee, displayed at checkout before payment.
• Express shipping options (if available) will show during checkout.

4) Order Tracking

• All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

5) Customs, Duties & Taxes

• All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
• For EU customers, import duties and VAT are calculated at checkout if applicable.
• Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their country’s regulations.

6) Address Accuracy

• Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
• If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
• We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped.

7) Missed Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually leave a note or attempt again.
• Unclaimed parcels returned to us can be reshipped after payment of new postage fees.

8) Lost or Damaged Parcels

• If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
• Email us at hello@vibeyourhome.co.uk with your order number and photos (if applicable).
• We’ll investigate with the courier and offer a suitable resolution — replacement, store credit or refund.

9) Split Shipments

• To deliver your items faster, we may ship parts of your order separately from different warehouses.
• You’ll receive a tracking link for each parcel.

10) Holidays & Busy Periods

• During sales, holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.
• We always do our best to keep you informed of any delays by email.
